Why login is not working?

I installed source tree. I created new account. However I can't login.

You need to provide more information in order to get help. When you say that you cannot log on, are you not able to log on to your my.atlassian.com account? Or is it your Bitbucket account? GitHub? Bitbucket Server? Do you get an error message?

I installed Sourcetree on Mac. When I double click it to open it, I get the Login Atlassian wizard. Then I clicked "use existing account" and I get a new window asking for my email, I enter my email and click the "continue" button I get a spinning wheel and nothing happens.

However if I select "Go To my Atlassian" A new browser window opens and I can see my account.

I already got the verification email and clicked that link.
