Why is SourceTree not launching
Source tree versions 3.4 & 3.4.10 have this identical error come up when ran on a local desktop environment with .Net 4.8 installed.
Ran a check for corrupt files using the CMD, cleared all corrupt files and ran again to the same message.
Attempted to get to the user.config file, however the program did not progress far enough to even generate it, it does not reach the registration page, just the sourcetree logo for a few seconds then disappears off the screen, no longer running even in the background.
Attemped uninstalling all reference to source tree, reinstalling, to same scenario.
Attempted different versions of the app to the same scenario.
Attempted windows repairs on windows processes to see if that had any impact, repairs were made and same issue remained.
There are no articles on this issue regarding invalid class being the cause, any help would be appreciated.
