Why can't I update SourceTree?

On one computer SourceTree updates to version  On another it is at  On when I go to Tools->Options->Updates and click Check For Updates, it appears to check but does not update to, which is obviously available.  Is there some service I can restart to allow the update?  Or something else I can do to get without completely uninstalling it and reinstalling?  Both computers at Windows 7 Enterprise, Service Pack 1 with all of the latest Windows Updates installed.
