Why Sourcetree keeps crashing???

IT happened on two consecutive days.

When I started up Sourcetree, it just popped up the registration form again

I had to complete installation and clone all my repositories again

Also I had to delete c:\users\admin\gitconfig file as it had got corrupted and wouldn't recognise my repository 

Why does this happen?

How to prevent it?

We'll need more information to troubleshoot this issue and investigate what is causing Sourcetree to crash:

1. Are you using Windows or Mac? Which version?
2. Does it happen right after you clone the repositories? Is it triggered by any other action?
3. Have you checked the logs? Is there any valuable information there?
4. Did you have a look to any similar cases in our Community? You can find some examples here  or here.
5. Can you send us a screenshot of what you see right after you start up Sourcetree?

I'm using Windows 10

It happened suddenly and Sourcetree went back to install screen and I had to repeat the installation

IT happened continuously for 2 days last week

Of late it's not happening

I looked at the log for 3/13/2019 which is when the problem occurred

I can't send you a screenshotr since the error is no longer occurring but basically it just went back to the install screen and I had to reinstall and clone all my repositories again

Hey, I'm also getting this error followed by a crash:

"Unable to set owner as parent is not visible or non-existent"

It only occurs when opening the "Edit Hosting Account" window by either clicking on "Add Account" in authentication in settings or directly from the home page under the Remote tab

tried reinstalling and throwing all cache/squirrel temp and register entries away, but this issue persists...
