What information is shared with Atlassian using SourceTree login?

We are thinking about using SourceTree in our company. As part of installation the user needs to log in with an Atlassian account. What information will be shared with Atlassian as part of this? Our company is operating in a tight security context and hence need to be on top of what leaves the company network.

Thanks this is very helpful. Registration via a local instance of Bitbucket would work fine for us.
