Unable to install Sourcetree

environment Windows 7, browser Firefox or Chrome; have an Attlasian account

The message regarding successful authentication is displayed but Sourcetree is not able to read the authentication key therefore the Next button is not enabled in the installer and no action can be done other than closing 

the Sourcetree.log file looks like:
