So I'm trying to install Sourcetree but after selecting Bitbucket on the Registration step, even when it opens the browser with the link to authorize the app and it says I can close the tab not, the installation proccess goes back to the same registration tab with the 2 options and it wont continue.
What am I missing here?
Here it's a solution that works for me.
You need to enable TLS 1.2 protocol (it is disabled by default on Windows 7.)
An article explaining how to do this:
So you can either install MS update or manually create a registry key using regedit:
Registry location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2\Client
DWORD32 name: DisabledByDefault
DWORD32 value: 0

Thanks, it worked for me too.
Sadly, it seems that SourceTree can not be installed on computers without an internet connection. Not installed = not used.
