Turn off numbers displaying in tabs

After updating to SourceTree 3.1.3 for Windows, I'm seeing numbers in the tab titles showing me how many commits I'm ahead and behind by. How do I turn this off? I work on very active repos and this information is too much of a distraction.

I have unchecked the setting that says "Show ahead and behind indications in tabs" and closed all my existing tabs and closed SourceTree and restarted everything anew but I still see the numbers.

Hello! This is a known issue in the current version of Sourcetree for Windows. It's currently fixed on our end and we'll be testing the next release in the upcoming weeks.

Sorry for the inconvenience!
