Trying to clone from repository keep asking for credential

I am trying to clone from our remote repository while the login window keep popping up, asking for credential enter, each time it popped two, and keep growing into multiple 4, 6...etc

I am fairly certain the password is correct, but it does not let me get through it

How do I resolve this issue ?

Hello! Please try the following:

• Make sure Sourcetree is up-to-date (are you on windows or mac, and which version are you using?)
• Make sure you're using the latest version of Git, and that the git-credential-manager-for-windows is installed (you can update the embedded version of git in the Options menu)
