Hello,
I recently attempted to install SourceTree 2.0 on Windows 10. It worked when launched from the installer, but crashes when running from the start menu. It will only run from the Installer.
The SourceTree log is empty, and the Windows Application log shows an ntdll.dll fault. I reinstalled my NVidia drivers and reinstalled SourceTree after deleting the AppData directory.
Is there any other way to diagnose why I get these repeated failures?
Hi Sonny, one of the reasons for this error to happen is that the user.config file for SourceTree has been corrupted. You can check if that's your case by following the article SourceTree crashes on startup.

That did not address my issue. The User.conig file is populated properly and the event logs are populated with a different error:
