Terminal in sourcetree says that HOME is wrong

When I opening Terminal in any git repository it says that my home directory is wrong and the path shown is invalid. How do I change this ?

Set an environment variable called HOME to point to the place where your .gitconfig file is. On Windows, it is usually in c:\users\<username>. It also might be in a network location, if you have a personal folder on your company's file server.
