Sourcetree freezes on startup

I'm having the same issue as described here 

Im running the latest SourceTree version 3.3.9

on Windows 10

The suggested fix, won't solve the problem, after clean install the 2nd Im getting the same issue over again... 

This is becoming quite frustrating 

I created a dump file of the app on startup:

I have similar problem. After trying to reinstall Sourcetree 3.3.9 on win10 it hangs on installation.
In AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp\Squirrel-Install.log there is
