Sourcetree crashes on clone and checkout

I'm a beginner on Bitbucket and Sourcetree. I am trying to clone and check out a branch on Sourctree. However, Sourcetree crashes every time I try to clone or check out a branch. But, not just that. It also crashes when I close or cancel this checkout/clone form.
Help with this is much appreciated.
