I'm using SourceTree 220.127.116.11 on a Mac 10.9.5 and I can't seem to see any uncommitted changes even when running 'git status' in my terminal shows modified files. Suggestions and fixes are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
If even on terminal git status doesn't returns nothing, this might be related to the Git. What Git Version are you running and is this embedded or System Git? Did you tried to change upgrade the version of Git to version 2.6.x or using the embedded version?
You can switch the Git versions going to SourceTree Menu -> Preferences -> Git.
