SourceTree stage hunk committing all changes in a file

Hey there, 

Just noticed that when I try and stage a certain hunk of code through sourceTree and push those changes sourceTree will stage and commit all changes within the file. Is this a known bug or is this a settings thing within sourceTree? 

I have seem the same issue happen to other people.

Can you please specify if this is happening on windows or the macOS? And may be file a ticket on our public issue tracker for us to investigate?

Was happening on MacOS but may be due pre-commit setting. Thanks
