SourceTree - multiple computers - same user?

I installed and used Source tree on DEV-BOX-A.

When I try to install on DEV-BOX-B - it will not proceed past entering my Atlassian LOGIN email address.

We use CLOUD - so can't use the url.

When I enter my email address and click 'continue' for just a moment a pencil icon flashes above the box where I entered the email address -then it returns to the screen - and does nothing else.

 

I cannot get past this point on my DEV-BOX-B ... please help.

Well - I found the problem

... alluded to in this, actually found by a co-worker.

This DEV machine - had IE9 on it - never used, never updated.
SourceTree requires IE10 (min) installed.

What version of Sourcetree and on what OS is this?

SourceTreeSetup-2.5.5.exe

Installed successfully on Win7Pro, 64-bit  (DEV-A)

Installed successfully second Win7Pro, 64-bit.   (DEV-C)

Attempted to install on Win7Enterprise, 32-bit yielded the results, above.  (DEV-B)
