SourceTree keeps crashing when open local repo

Env: MacOS High Sierra

SourceTree: 2.4

Behavior: Functional normally this morning, suddenly crashed without any warning.

When I reopen the app, it loads everything (including local, remote repo) and then crash. Unable to perform any task.

My co-workers are experiencing the same issue. Non of the sourcetree is working in our company at the moment.

In the system log, it states:

Hi! Seems like you're affected by a recent issue, please refer to this thread. From one of our developers:

We are investigating the crash with https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE-5762. There seems to be an issue loading and reading repo avatars. We will soon have an update on this. 

Please feel free to remove the ImageCache folder under ~/Library/Application Support/SourceTree/ for now. We are investigating this crash and will have an update soon.
