This morning SourceTree fails to start after a Windows update. The splash screen pops up for a second then disappears.

Just downloading and running the latest SourceTree installer resolved this issue for me.
Hope this helps someone else too.
I am have the same problem.
Maybe you can try deleting the following files to see if that fixes the problem:
C:\Users(Your Computer name)\Administrator\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree.exe_Url_ntw3sfib2jxvqxdkftnpdb4w5k5z2xm2\126.96.36.199(Version number)
