This morning SourceTree fails to start after a Windows update. The splash screen pops up for a second then disappears.

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
Just downloading and running the latest SourceTree installer resolved this issue for me.
Hope this helps someone else too.
I am have the same problem.
Maybe you can try deleting the following files to see if that fixes the problem:
Path:
C:\Users(Your Computer name)\Administrator\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree.exe_Url_ntw3sfib2jxvqxdkftnpdb4w5k5z2xm2\3.4.5.0(Version number)
File:
Composition.cache
