When I go into source tree I always have to push each of my sources to the git repo individually.  I use a database source control and just want to automatically push all versions to the repo or just push all is this possible in source tree?  There will be never be any conflicts or merging to do.

I don't think so. Sourcetree will allow you to push all branches in a single repository at the same time (to the same remote), but I don't think Sourcetree has ANY operations that work on multiple repositories simultaneously.
