Source tree Compatibility in Windows 10 Operating System

Hi All,

Source tree app freezes with Windows 10 (Enterprise) in Lenovo yoga 510 laptop and it works well with windows 8.1; Can anyone know is there any compatibility problem with latest Source tree set up or how to overcome this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hi Ragunaathan, there shouldn't be any issue with Windows 10. Can you describe a bit more when does this happen? What operations are you performing when Sourcetree freezes? 

Do you have all the Windows updates installed? Can you also check the log and see if there's any error showing up there?

Hi Ana Retamal Ortiz,

Yes the Windows updated in our machine and this freeze happening when we doing Switching branches, Pull request, Select staging and when doing commit. While Freeze we cannot do any action for a while and it comes back.

Note :  Lenovo Yoga 500 laptop running with windows 10 works fine and this reported problem occurs only with Lenovo Yoga 510
