Source Tree application not opening. Looking for suggested fix.

I have Source Tree version 1.9 loaded onto a work computer that I have inherited. The application was working fine until recently. It has stopped opening. Any suggested fixes?  I am hoping to not nee to reload it as I have no login information from the last person who was using it and I don;t want to lose my branch
