Problem with registration

I am just trying to install sourcetree. When I click on this

A empty window if I use google Chrome and nothing happens. If I use IExplorer and I log in, it says "waiting to log in" for hours. Furthermore, if I try to re-click again on the same icon ( see above) nothing happens anymore. It's like dead. I need to re-click 15-20 times for it to open an (empy) window again.

Having the same problem.

I get a screen with: 

Confirm access to your account

Sourcetree for Windows is requesting access to the following:

.....

After i press the Grant access buttonit redirects me to a blank page with localhost in the URL.

Any advice?
