On Mac, doesn't update uncommitted files number

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Even if I committed all files, it still shows (with the number) that there are some uncommitted files.
Is this a bug? or there is an option to always show an updated list?
until a few weeks ago, it didn't have this problem
