Multiple login popups

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Using Sourcetree with double authentication, I get from time to time multiple login popup windows like this.
If I don't close SourceTree, I can end with 10+ windows in one hour, so it becomes unusable. If the computer is left switched on overnight, in the morning it's impossible to log back because of the hundreds of login popups opened.
Any solution appreciated. I would not like to abandon SourceTree but looks that there's no other alternative if this is not fixed...
