Hello! I try to install SoutcrTree on my PC, but during bi install process on step Account Atlassia i have this mistake. See screenshot - http://prntscr.com/i0o9w9. Please help me? Thanks.

Hi! Sourcetree relies on Internet Explorer for authentication, can you update IE to the latest version?

If after that the issue persists, you'll need to check the security settings, I recommend you follow the steps in the article How to enable Javascript in Windows?
