[Log Selected] is NOT working with [File Filter]

Hi 

I noticed this issue for about 6+ months now.

Repro.

1. [All files, sorted by path] to show all files
2. [File Filter] with some text to filter files by name
3. [Log Selected] by right click on a file for its file history  
4. [Log Selected] is disabled, however.
