Javascript load error during Sourcetree Install

Due i am going to install but it is an error with JavaScript Load Error 

so that how should i no if i can 't register my as account?

Hi, you'll need to fix JavaScript in your Internet Explorer as Sourcetree relies on it for the authentication. You can find the instructions at How to enable Javascript for Windows. You can also try adding that website to Trusted sites and see if that error goes away.

If after this you're still having trouble, please send us a screenshot and let us have a look at the logs. Also, let us know which version of Sourcetree and IE are you using.
