Issues accessing repository

I receive the following error when cloning the repository on Bitbucket to Sourcetree...

Command: git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks ls-remote https://bitbucket.di2e.net/scm/sc2/uci.git

Output:

Error: fatal: unable to access 'https://bitbucket.di2e.net/scm/sc2/uci.git/': OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection was reset in connection to bitbucket.di2e.net:443

Any ideas on what the issue could be?

I have the same issue though mine refers to github instead of bitbucket:
