Internal Diff empty on Windows in version 2.4.8.0

On windows the internal diff tool seems not to work. i already changed file size limit in options, but nothing happened. btw it's a small php file i try to see the internal diff.

Hello! This may be because you're viewing a merge and the diff might be set to "Merge Parent" rather than "First Parent". Could you check and see if switching that changes anything?
If that's not the problem, could you open "Tools > Process Viewer", then click on the file, and inspect the output and see if it's outputting a diff? Look for the "Caller Context" that has the label "GetCommitFileDiffProcess":
