I Posted a SourceTree question yesterday:
https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Sourcetree-questions/Connect-SourceTree-to-2-factor-enabled-GitHub/qaq-p/1743300
No answer. Ok, only 1 day has passed.
But when looking at older questions, **only about 1 out of 10 questions are answered**.
If the product not is supported, it may not be used...
Is it possible to get SourceTree support somehow, perhaps by paying?
Is SourceTree being phased out?
This is the Atlassian Community where volunteers answer questions. It is not the official Atlassian Support channel. That means there is a chance your question is never answered unfortunately.
And as far as I know Atlassian does not provide dedicated support for their Sourcetree solution so you'll have to rely on the documenation and the Atlassian Community when looking for information.
For the last part of the question, no Sourcetree is not being phased out or dropped at the moment. There is no "support" for Sourcetree directly, but new features, bugs and so on can be recorded and tracked over at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE or https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN
