I can't get past the local repositories screen

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Whenever I start up sourcetree I get a windows with my local repositories and some buttons like: Remote, Clone, Add and Create. How do I open my local repository, I can see it just sitting there, but when I click/double click on it, nothing is happening.
