How do I install SourceTree since I am behind an HTTP proxy?

I get the following error:

An error occurred trying to download 'http://downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/windows/SourceTree.application'.

Does your proxy use NTLM for authentication? If so, MS tell me it should work, but otherwise their ClickOnce installer tech doesn't support proxies. We're reluctantly offering an offline installer too but this will not be able to auto-update so it's not ideal. https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/149591/is-there-an-offline-installer-for-windows-version-of-sourcetree

No we don't use NTLM.

2017: Atlassian still hasn't figured out a way to get the product installed behind a proxy? I tried to set the proxies in a command line and start the executable(installer) from the prompt No luck either.
