How can we disable Git LFS from installing on our local machines without having to press cancel?

Our use of Git LFS is limited to certain team members who require large files. Most of our team does not require large files, however all large files are automatically downloaded, or attempted to be downloaded by Sourcetree or git lfs is prompted to be installed by Sourcetree.

We would like to be able to prevent Sourcetree from always prompting us to download git lfs when we don't have it installed.
