How can I work on magento based eCommerce site development using bitbucket/sourcetree?

Hello, me and my team are trying to develop an eCommerce site using magento. Previously, we built a lot of sites with the help of sourcetree/bitbucket. Now, we are facing a bit problem with this magento platform. Its huge and do not know we can develop our site in Bitbucket or not. Need suggestion from the exparts or the experienced developpers.

Thanks
Keshob

When I thought about doing Magento development alone. But there is no particular sense in this, it is much more profitable (time and money) to turn to a team of professional developers (https://whidegroup.com/magento )

Hard to say without knowing what a "magneto" site is.  Is it a pile of text files that you consider to be "code"?  Bitbucket will handle that fine.
