How can I solve this issue 'fatal: Authentication failed'?

I have problems updating my sourctree file.

fatal: Authentication failed for ................................................................
fatal: remote error: CAPTCHA required

I followed the steps provided in  https://sourcecode.jnj.com and the error is still happening.

Thanks for sending over the error your getting along with the steps you’ve taken. We would like you to attempt one more try at the following:

• Close Sourcetree
• Remove your password file from the following directory:
• Windows: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree
• MacOS: ~/Library/Application Support/SourceTree
• Open Sourcetree and attempt authenticating again.

Please let us know the outcome.
