How can I install SourceTree without an internet connection?

How can I install SourceTree without an internet connection?

The installer for SourceTree asks me to either create a new or log in to an existing Atlassian account. The computer I want to use SourceTree on is quite locked down, ie. no internet connection available for the installer to use.

This "answer" is no answer. There is no way install on a closed system without outside web access.
