I have downloaded the Sourcetree app from the official website, still I am not getting the option to setup my GitHub account in. the app. I can't move past the installation phase itself. Can you please check the link available on the website or provide me with a new download link.

Hi Dhara, and welcome to the Community.

The screenshot you sent belongs to the registration step and not to the account set up. The registration step is necessary to complete the installation of Sourcetree and you can either use your Bitbucket Server account or your Bitbucket Cloud/Atlassian account. Once you complete the installation, you'd be able to connect your Github account following the steps at Connect your account.
