Fetch access permission granted but it doesn't fetch any branches.

I've opened a repository using an account that has full access to the repo, and I can 'successfully' use Fetch. However, it doesn't return me any remote branch neither it allows me to to pull/push (as there are no remote branches to choose).

Does anyone know what could be going on?

Fetch output:

git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks fetch origin
From https://bitbucket.org/inside-nrvr/neon_unity_frontend
* branch HEAD -> FETCH_HEAD

Completed successfully.
