When I try to push changes from Sourcetree to Bitbucket I'm getting an error 'Invalid username or password'. I've configured my Bitbucket account and can successfully authenticate the password in the Sourcetree configuration.

From the other posts I've read there seems to be quite a few people having similar problems.

Hi Richard, welcome to the Community!

What credentials are you using, username or email address? Are you using Bitbucket Cloud or Server?

Let us know!

Hi Ana

Thanks for your response. The problem was caused at our end. I hadn't been properly configured in one of our teams, so Bitbucket was not accepting my user id. This has been sorted now.

Regards

Richard
