Good night, this error has constantly appeared, making it impossible for me to clone any folder that is in git to my local computer ... together I send the error line.
Anyone who could help me thanks ....

Hi

You need to update to git 2.16 or above. GitHub removed support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols which then requires an updated Git.
