We are new to GIT and related tools. We would like to migrate our issue tracking data, and our software repository to a set of tools that work well together. In particular the SourceTree graphic presentation of the code evolution is important for us.

There isn't an integration between Sourcetree and Jira, see Sourcetree as your GUI for Git. But you will be able to use smart commit comments in Sourcetree and the integration between Bitbucket and Jira will pick that up.
