Cloning issue in bitbucket using sourcetree

Hi,

We could not clone the data from bitbucket by using sourcetree.

Hello,

Thanks for reporting your issues with Sourcetree. Your error within the screenshot is pointing to a disruption within the communication between Sourcetree and Bitbucket. While the error does not let us know exactly what happened, we can see the connection was either terminated or disrupted (possibly timed out). @Ana Retamal did an excellent job responding to a similar issue within Community and we would suggest you review her response at The remote end hung up unexpectedly.
