Cannot add on-prem Azure DevOps Server 2019 as a remote repository

Does SourceTree support adding Azure DevOps Server 2019 as a remote repository? The specific version is 17.143.28912.1 (AzureDevOps2019.0.1). I am getting an authentication failed error when trying to add it.

I am trying to connect to an on-prem DEVOPS account as well and found that you have to use, Clone.   I am still not able to connect.   Were you ever able to solve this?
