No problem logging to BitBucket from a browser. But when the log in window appears in SourceTree, no matter what I do, I cannot log it.
What gives?
Hi, I have the same problem on windows from 2 days ago. I've tried anything, but I can't login from SourceTree, although I have no problem to login on bitbucket.org and on id.atlassian.com
I have already tried the following with no success:
- resetting password
- login with username, with email and with username@bitbucket.org
- going to Tools > Options > Authntication and removing all stored accounts
- trying to login with both OAuth and Basic options. With Basic login I am asked the password on SourceTree and I get a green OK saying login has succeed, but when I try to pull, then login prompt window appears asking me the password again and there is no way to login
- going to id.atlassian.org accounts settings, revoking OAuth, and creating an OAuth again from SourceTree, verifying it has been correctly created on id.atlassian.org
Is there any steps I can try or anything I am missing?
