Hello, I am having the same issue on 3.3.8 for Windows 10.
I reported other issues related to this in an answer here:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Sourcetree-questions/Bug-on-latest-version-3-3-8/qaq-p/1310018#M35436

Thank you very much !

I thought it was my own PC environment.

I will uninstall and look for other stable versions.

I'm on 3.3.6 and it seems okay for now.

Good luck!

Even SSH could be opened before terminating SourceTree.

I tried to change URL. Originally SSH,but changed to HTTPS URL.

Now I can open it .

However, the warning mark does not disappear.
