Branches suddenly empty

Been using Sourcetree for 4 months with great results when suddenly my branches list - which previously may have had up to 700 branches - went empty on a project. Uninstalled Sourcetree and upgraded to latest. No luck.

Check out new remote branch. Nothing.

I'm on a Mac (10.13.2 ) with Sourcetree 2.7 (152).

Any way to debug? Or do a clean uninstall and re-install?

This is the first time we've heard such a report. I would suggest you to to a clean re-install and see if that helps. I am very positive that it would resolve the issue.
