Bitbucket not showing repositories in SourceTree

Jacques Mulder March 5, 2018

Hi there,

I am trying to use SourceTree to download my repositories, however when I authenticate, the app shows my account is valid, but it doesn't list any repos.

It has happened on my Windows desktop, Windows laptop and OSX desktop. So it seems tied to my account rather than any specific installation?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jacques! Have you tried cloning them to your computer already? You need to do so before you can see them (and have them) locally on your computer. You can find the instructions at Clone a remote repository.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Best regards,

Ana

Hi Ana,

Thanks for the response. On colleague's accounts they can see all of their available repositories and double click on one to clone it. However these don't show up for me.
