Beyond compare does not work in my source tree

Hi,

I am unable to open the files in beyond compare while merging. Nothing opens up.

The Source tree version is 2.4.8.0.

The Beyond compare version is 4.2.4.

Unable to open the files in External Launch tool as well as External Diff.
