And here we are a year later, and Sourcetree still appears to have no accessibility options. Someday, the Atlassian decisionmakers will have their vision go bad then THEN they'll get why accessibility matters...
Wouldn't a visually impaired user be best served by increasing the font size at a system level?
If they're on OSX: https://mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk/macos-mojave-making-text-larger
If they're on Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4028566/windows-10-change-the-size-of-text

Thank you Aaron. I am running Windows 10 and have already adjusted these settings. These settings don't appear to affect the SourceTree GUI. For example, the text in the drop-down options in the left panel of the GUI (Branches > bugfix, Remotes > origin), the File status panel at the bottom of the window (Commit, Parents, Author, Date, Committer), or event the tabs in the All Branches graph. It is especially hard to see small, black text against a dark gray background. There is a setting in the Tools > DIFF option, but it only changes the font and point size in part of the GUI. I was hoping for a 508 compliant solution. Thanks again, Jennifer

Are you able to verify if it's the same on OSX (someone in your team, maybe)?
I'm not a Sourcetree user myself, so I'm not too familiar with it, but other apps allow you to submit feedback straight to the developers; I would recommend using that to let them know this is a problem for you.

Hi Jennifer, our app for Jira and Confluence will be able to help anyone using Jira & Confluence. We do not support Source Tree as of now, but are working to get there. I hope this helps you or others looking for something like this.
