Ever since updating to version 2 of Sourcetree I have had problems with repositories not being able to open.
What I have found is that the list will have a repository highlighted and not remove the select when I choose the one I am wanting to open, in effect having 2 selected. When I click on the second one to open it should unselect the first, but does not always happen.
The fix is to manually click on and off again from the incorrect repository (just clicking any other repository will not unselect it, of course, but after selecting it again it fixes it)
